Key Responsibilities:

Perform Diagnostic Imaging:

1. Operate X-ray equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images.

2. Ensure proper patient positioning and alignment for accurate imaging results.

   Patient Care and Preparation:

3. Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and answering questions.

4. Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure.

5. Verify patient identity and review imaging orders for accuracy.

   Image Processing and Quality Assurance:

6. Review images for clarity and accuracy, ensuring they meet diagnostic requirements.

7. Maintain imaging equipment and perform quality control checks.

8. Work closely with radiologists and physicians to provide accurate imaging results.

   Safety Compliance:

9. Follow radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure for patients, staff, and self.

10. Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.

    Documentation and Record keeping:

11. Maintain accurate patient records, imaging logs, and other required documentation.

12. Ensure imaging orders are completed and transmitted promptly.
