One of Medix's top clients, a leading healthcare system, is seeking a skilled Workday HCM and Payroll Applications Leader to join their team. With a full-suite Workday implementation launching on January 1st, this organization is focused on building a robust internal team to drive success throughout the project.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and report writers.
• Drive the implementation and ongoing management of Workday HCM and Payroll applications.
• Oversee and manage the full suite of Workday HCM and Payroll applications.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday updates and enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with other Workday application leaders across QA, Finance & Supply Chain, and Security.
• Ensure data accuracy within Workday, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot when needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of workday experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with a successful full implementation of workday ERP
• Management/Leadership experience
• Strong communication skills

Nice to Haves:

• Workday Certifications are highly preferred

Compensation is based off years of experience and in relation to the job responsibilities listed, our range is between $150,000 - $170,000.
