Job description

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversee daily warehouse task assignments and monitor their completion.
  • Receive incoming shipments of non-GMP/GMP materials and equipment in accordance with established procedures.
  • Assist Quality Assurance in the release and approval of materials for manufacturing.
  • Dispense and kit GMP materials to support production operations.
  • Prepare and deliver raw materials, samples, finished products, etc., to various departments as needed, ensuring proper procedures and temperature ranges are followed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of GMP warehouse materials.
  • Support procurement activities.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts.
  • Conduct accurate ERP transactions.
  • Cross-train in all areas of warehouse operations.
  • Pick, pack, and ship finished products, materials, and equipment as per established policies and procedures.
  • Ensure individual employee training is up to date.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and GMP requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and inspection-ready warehouse operation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or associate degree.
  • Ability to lift over 30 lbs.
  • Capability to gown aseptically for supporting work in a cleanroom environment.
  • Prior experience in supply chain or warehouse preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a GMP environment preferred.
  • Prior GDP knowledge preferred.
