Job description

  • 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM (includes 15% shift differential once training is complete)

Pay Range: $22.50-$24.00 per hour (with a 15% differential for 3rd shift)

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Visual Inspection Technician to join our team in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of production processes by conducting visual inspections, maintaining equipment, and upholding cleanroom standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in GMP environments, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct visual inspections of products and equipment to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Set up equipment and materials for production runs, ensuring timely preparation.
  • Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials to ensure batch accuracy.
  • Execute aseptic techniques with precision and deliberate movements.
  • Participate in product filling processes, including aseptic processing and media fill qualifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in cleanroom facilities and equipment.
  • Document production activities accurately and in compliance with GMP standards.
  • Prepare media essential for production processes.
  • Perform manual cleaning of small parts and equipment.
  • Package and label products for final shipment.
  • Adapt to changing business needs and shifts as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in visual inspection within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on cleanroom experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Collaborative team player with an open mind and willingness to share and learn from experiences.

Training and Schedule:

  • Initial training will take place on 1st or 2nd shift for 1-2 months before transitioning to your designated shift.
