One of Medix's best clients, a prominent healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Virtual Care Strategist to join their team. This individual will lead the development and implementation of strategic projects related to virtual care technology. This role focuses on operational and clinical standardization, technical integration, and monitoring virtual care activities to support growth and engagement strategies. The strategist will collaborate with various stakeholders, analyze telehealth data through dashboards, and enhance the virtual care experience for clinicians and patients.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in healthcare ops, telehealth, or digital health.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with telehealth processes and data analysis.
• Ability to evaluate patient data on dashboards (power BI) and make pointed suggestions.
• Ability to take those suggestions and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Thorough knowledge of Epic MyChart to coach on optimal backend data processes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite.
• Experience building dashboards.
• Epic, Mychart, and/or Ambulatory certification is preferred.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Managing digital strategy implementation
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders (IT, HR, clinical teams)
• Monitoring and analyzing telehealth performance/data through dashboards
• Supporting virtual care product and growth, executing roadmaps
• Creating and building dashboards to track telehealth performance

Compensation is based on years of experience and in relation to the job responsibilities listed, our salary is $110,000.
