Base Annual Salary: $110,000-$125,000 USD

Direct Hire Permanent position

Flexible schedule - full time hours

We are looking for a Multi State Advanced Practice Professional who is passionate and experienced in obesity medicine to provide ongoing Telehealth care for patients with obesity. The role involves collaborating with physicians and registered dietitians to deliver exceptional team-based care.

Multi State License Requirements

• Must be licensed and able to practice and prescribe in multiple states
• Must RESIDE IN one of the following states: Alabama, California, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Texas
• Must posses an APP license in one of the following states: Alabama, California, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Texas
• In addition to being licensed in one or more of the states listed above, candidate must also have an APP license in one of the following additional states: Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, or Texas
• Must be credentialed with insurances and able to bill in said states

We seek candidates who:

• Graduate from an accredited school with successful completion of an approved PA or NP program
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Obesity Medicine preferably including evidence-based lifestyle counseling and pharmacotherapy
• Posses a DEA License
• Have an active national provider number (NPI)
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions
• Are dedicated to providing the highest quality of medical care with an evidence-based approach to obesity management
• Have prior experience in conducting telemedicine visits
• Have prior experience prescribing GLP1s
