Job description

We are hiring for THREE Trials and Rentals Associates to join a company for a CONTRACT position located in the Southside Flats area of Pittsburgh!

Job Title: Trials and Rentals Associate

Location: Southside Flats area of Pittsburgh

Salary: $18/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift with flexible start time. (40 hours a week, 8 hours a day)

Job Summary:
As a Trials and Rentals Associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the equipment they need promptly and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing the shipping and receiving process for devices and accessories, as well as preparing necessary equipment like keyguards or mounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review open orders and accurately pick, pack, and ship products and accessories to customers.
- Prepare packages for shipment according to carrier instructions, ensuring timely delivery via UPS, FedEx, or other carriers.
- Collaborate with supervisors and internal teams to resolve any shipping issues or clarify instructions as needed.
- Receive, inspect, and properly post items back into stock on a daily basis.
- Rebuild mounts received from customers to ensure they are in optimal condition for future use.
- Maintain inventory by restocking shipping boxes and other items as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of related experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in utilizing databases and basic computer applications (MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow manufacturing and work instructions.
- Experience reading assembly drawings is a plus.
