Job Description:

  • Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

        • Secure high-priority appointments for post-trauma, post-op, and discharged patients, reducing wait times for injectables and referrals.
        • Manage and maintain worklists, documentation, and communication platforms, coordinating with providers, office managers, and leadership on availability and patient needs.
        • Support Triage queue and PCC team, handling queue calls, ISTOP verification, incoming faxes, lab reports, and scheduling specialty appointments.
        • Oversee STAT messages, medication authorizations, and worklists, ensuring timely follow-ups and patient scheduling within 72 hours.
        • Assist with special projects, maintain a positive work environment, and communicate effectively with patients, staff, and management
  • Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements:
        • High School Diploma or Equivalency

  • Schedule/ Shift:

        • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
