4 x 10s (Mon or Tues off)

90-95% Calls / Triage
Inbound and Outbound calls, answering patient questions
Busy Days (Weds, Thurs, Fri) can be up to 100 calls
Supporting with the clinic line

5-10% Direct Patient Care
New Implants, Site Checks, EKGs or Blood Pressure Checks
Patients sometimes will show up with symptoms and the RNs will see these patients
