Job description

We are currently hiring BOTH a Triage Registered Nurse and a Prostate Registered Nurse in Lone Tree, CO for Urology Associates!

The Triage Registered Nurse Outpatient provides safe/therapeutic care in a holistic and systematic way in a physician practice or other outpatient setting. Incorporates differences into the provision of care while integrating knowledge, skills and experiences to meet the needs of patients and families to include patient and family education. Achieves desired patient outcomes by using an integrated approach. Incorporates data and information to improve care and enhances outcomes while ensuring improvements in practice settings. Provides direction and guidance to others regarding practice while serving as a resource, preceptor and mentor.

The Prostate Cancer RN will work with doctors and others involved in your care. They provide care and support to men and their families in all areas of prostate cancer care - whether you are newly diagnosed or have already had some treatment.

  • Providing you with an ongoing point of contact and support
  • Assisting you access services both in the hospital and in your community during and after treatment
  • Providing you with reliable information about your diagnosis and treatment plan
  • Providing you with information on dealing with the effects of treatment and how to get further help to deal with specific problems you may be having
  • Coordinating your care - wherever you are in your cancer journey
  • Helping you access a support group

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm availibility (no weekends required)

Pay Range: Based On Experience + Full Time Benefits Offered!
