The Trauma Therapist will provide trauma therapy services to individuals who have undergone power based violence. The Therapist with provide long term trauma therapy that is unique for each client with an emphasis on promoting resilience; and expansion of coping skills in a way that makes sense for each client's healing process.

Requirements: LMSW or LGPC in MD (active and unrestricted)
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Full time)
Locations avaliable: Baltimore City or Arnold, MD (choose 1, no floating)
Pay: $58,000 - $70,000 (based on experience)

Mix of in person and virtual (In office)

Overview:

The Therapist with provide long term trauma therapy that is unique for each client with an emphasis on promoting resilience; and expansion of coping skills in a way that makes sense for each client's healing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide trauma therapy services to victims of power-based violence.
• Conduct both group and individual therapy sessions.
• Maintain a caseload of clients with a duration of 6 months per client.
• Collaborate with the intake coordinator for scheduling appointments.
• Refer clients to long-term therapy services when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive care.
