Job Title: Temporary Medical Biller

Location: Boulder, CO. (On-site)

Duration: 60 days

Pay: $24-$26/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Temporary Medical Biller to join our client's business office. This position is crucial to support the billing operations during a transition period as they move to the Epic EMR system. This role is designed to provide immediate support for a period of 1-2 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately submit claims to all payers (excluding Medicaid).
• Work primarily with NextGen and Epic
• Ensure timely and compliant billing practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of medical billing experience.
• Familiarity with NextGen and/or Epic systems is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (based on candidate preference).

Dress Code: Business Casual

Why This Role is Temporary:

This position is temporary due to the ongoing transition to the Epic EMR system. The future staffing needs of the billing office are uncertain, so we are seeking a temporary hire to avoid any potential long-term staffing issues.
