Job Title: Telecom Analyst

Location: Green Bay, WI

Type: 5+ month contract (no open FTE spots currently)

Pay Rate: $28-33/hour

Overview: Our client is seeking a Telecom Analyst to assist in the deployment of Alcatel phone systems across clinics and hospitals in Wisconsin. This project involves replacing existing Cisco and Nortel systems. The role is a contract position expected to last at least until the end of the year.

About Our Client: Our client is a prominent healthcare provider in Wisconsin, known for their extensive network of hospitals and clinics dedicated to delivering high quality care. They are currently undertaking a significant telecommunications upgrade to enhance their operational efficiency and patient communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unbox and set up phones, connect to network switches, and perform cabling work in closets and data centers.
  • Travel to various clinic and hospital sites across the Green Bay area.
  • Engage with our Client's customers and caregivers at their clinics and hospitals.
  • Work closely with a team of engineers responsible for high level programming and technical tasks.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong telecommunications background in phone support, phone projects, or placing phones and confirming programming.
  • Ability to unbox phones, connect them to a network switch, place them on desks, and perform cabling work.
  • Experience with Alcatel phone systems is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Cisco and Nortel systems.
  • Comfortable traveling to different sites and adapting to varying environments.
