*REMOTE POSITION*

Schedule: M-F 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM/ 8 AM- 4:30 PM

• The Team Lead position will be responsible for leading, monitoring, and supervising their assigned portfolio. Duties Include:
  • Drive the team's performance including but not limited to productivity, quality, and
    attendance.
  • Conduct regular audits of the team members to ensure adherence to workflows and overall client success.
  • Identify opportunities that are related to performance deficiencies both on an individual level and team level.
  • Ensure SOPs are implemented through strict enforcement.
  • Set clear and proper objectives to team members to ensure that the team's goals are met.
  • Liaise necessary information to both the management and team members.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions with team members to support them in achieving their performance and career goals.
  • Work with the operations manager by establishing effective communication to ensure that roadblocks and issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Comply with operational objectives to contribute to the success of the organization in meeting the needs of its clients and team members.
• Day to Day:
  • A mix of working independently on your own account and overseeing the claims specialists that sit offshore
  • They will have a specific client and their claims specialists that sit under them will work on the same client.
  • Must be able to field questions and monitor the claims specialists under them
  • Decipher if the claims specialists are performing well - important that they are able to recognize this
  • They are not held to KPI's. The Team Lead will work their own claims and help their specialists throughout the day.
