Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to support business operations with equipment, device, and supply procurement and management. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role, ideal for someone experienced in managing multiple responsibilities and providing timely support for caregivers. The position will serve as a crucial point of contact for resolving equipment, supply, and business operations concerns.

Job Details:

  • Position Type: Contract (with potential for contract-to-hire)
  • Location: Napa, CA (with occasional travel to Santa Rosa and Eureka; mileage reimbursement at 67 cents/mile)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all functions of equipment, device, and supply procurement and management for patient supplies and IT equipment for caregivers.
  • Coordinate ordering, tracking, receiving, and distribution of equipment across three locations.
  • Handle off-site delivery of medical supplies, including tracking for Southern California.
  • Act as a backup for caregiver supply fulfillment and sourcing non-allocated supplies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for supply and equipment-related queries.
  • Host bi-weekly equipment/supply support sessions for caregivers.
  • Manage emergency equipment inventory and maintain par levels to meet business demands.
  • Ensure supplies are approved for use with COVID-19 protocols.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must Haves:
    • Medical supply or healthcare background preferred.
    • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
    • Technology-friendly and tech-savvy.
    • Strong job tenure and commitment to follow up.
    • Reliable car, good driving record, and car insurance.
    • Ability to work in a high-stress, high-volume environment.

  • This position is open due to maternity leave but has a high likelihood of becoming contract-to-hire.
