Compensation: *Starting*at $68/ hour

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a rapidly growing health system with 20+ hospitals, and 15 stand-alone laboratories, all working with Sunquest SMART LIS software. They are seeking a Sunquest Consultant to help support issues, and to continue optimizing their build (the back-end configurations in the system)

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working in a fast-paced environment that requires a strong product background with Sunquest Software
• Supporting the labs by eorking through support tickets and customization requests as they pertain to Sunquest SMART
• Juggling a number of break-fix projects alongside new build projects (concurrently)
• Building new reference labs
• Conducting Sunquest interface maintenance
• Changing / modify/ enhancing the existing back-end configurations of the Sunquest system
• Supporting Sunquet interfaces with or / without middleware
• Interfacing with and serving as the liaison between reference labs like Labcorp
• Establishing, testing and verifying the Sunquest Microbiology work card labels
• Validating, testing and documenting changes
• Providing training, as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

• Expertise (7-10+ years) in configuring / building Sunquest LIS
• Must have experience in Sunquest SMART
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Prior Epic experience a plus
