We're seeking a highly organized, detail-focused Sterile Supply Technician to join a leading healthcare organization in Boston. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for the complete cycle of instrument sterilization and processing-from decontamination to final distribution-ensuring safety and compliance with all regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and label surgical supplies and equipment according to industry and organizational standards

• Assemble, wrap, and package surgical instruments for sterilization in compliance with JC, AORN, AAMI, and APIC guidelines

• Perform decontamination, prewashing, and disassembly of instruments following manufacturer's IFUs

• Operate and maintain sterilization equipment including ultrasonic washers, washer-disinfectors, and steam autoclaves

• Conduct regular sterilizer checks, equipment maintenance, and sanitation tasks

• Inspect all instruments for cleanliness, function, and condition before distribution

• Manage inventory, storage, and supply levels to ensure readiness at all clinic sites

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sterile processing or central supply in a healthcare setting

• Familiarity with sterilization standards (AORN, AAMI, JC, etc.)

• Experience operating sterilization equipment (e.g., autoclaves, ultrasonic washers)

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and infection control protocols

• Certification in sterile processing is a plus

• Prior supervisory experience is a strong plus and may be considered for advancement
