Core Responsibilities:

- Provide trauma-sensitive, evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and make formal diagnoses.
- Develop and update individualized service plans (ISPs) for your caseload.
- Document all clinical interactions promptly and accurately.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including leading and participating in team meetings to address program needs.
- Engage in Family Team Conferences (FTCs) and intake sessions, and attend meetings related to admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Offer therapeutic support and manage crises as required.
- Train colleagues on clinical topics and help build therapeutic environments using the PBIS framework.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid New York State license (LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psy.D.).
- Preferred: Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based methods.
- Preferred: Valid New York State Driver's License and bilingual in Spanish.
- Strong computer skills and exceptional writing abilities for detailed documentation.
