Job description

The Senior Sales Executive will be instrumental in driving growth by developing and executing strategies to expand our client base and service offerings. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness and strengthen the company's presence in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) space.

This position offers flexibility in location, as the individual can be based anywhere in the U.S. However, candidates located in or within commuting distance of Chicagoland are preferred for optimal collaboration and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of business development experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) space
  • Proven track record in healthcare sales
  • Bachelor's degree in a health or business-related field

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Assess client referrals to determine eligibility for services and evaluate current marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with leadership team to manage client referrals and service support.
  • Facilitate client entry into services upon acceptance of an executed agreement.
  • Develop outreach strategies, qualify new business or service opportunities, and research expansion opportunities for current contracted services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, increase client satisfaction, and enhance referral development.
  • Create and execute strategies to acquire strategically important partnerships throughout the service area.
  • Leverage external partnerships to gain insights into market opportunities and shape business strategy.
  • Oversee tracking and reporting on the status of the referral pipeline.
  • Drive the company forward while ensuring alignment with the mission and core values.
  • Implement marketing strategies to expand the client base and identify potential new business opportunities.
  • Ensure marketing materials and collateral effectively communicate key messages and meet quality standards.
  • Educate team members and referral sources about services in relation to industry changes, specific programs, and capabilities.
  • Gather, maintain, and share information about community resources and events.
  • Manage global marketing support positions.
