Job description

Title: Senior Program Manager

Day to Day:

  • Supervise clinicians, including Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LADCs) and non-licensed staff.

  • Handle intake processes, address client concerns, and ensure smooth daily operations of the program.

  • Manage diverse client needs, many of whom come from high-level care or probation backgrounds.

  • Lead group and individual sessions, as well as 3rd party meetings and ongoing care coordination.

  • Ensure clients attend a minimum amount of programming weekly and their required individual sessions.


Qualifications:

  • LADC certification and at least 3 years of counseling experience.

  • Familiarity with the Procentive database and general tech-savvy.

  • Strong leadership, adaptability, and people skills to manage a diverse team and client base.


Shift:

  • 7:15 am to 3:30/4 pm, with a Saturday make-up session option.
