Job Title: Senior Behavioral Health Counselor
Location: McDowell Rd. & Country Club Dr., Scottsdale, AZ 85256
Pay Range: $31.94-$37.50/hour (depending on education level, experience, etc.)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm (possibility to work 4x10 after contract period)
Duration: Contract-to-hire - looking for permanent and long-term employees

Required Qualification:

• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in Counseling, Social Work or closely related area
• Requires one of the following licenses with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners: LAC or LPC, LMSW or LCSW, LISAC, LMFT
• 1+ years of direct counseling experience
• 1+ years of adolescent or pediatric experience
• 1+ years of experience in the substance abuse/addiction field
  • Experience providing direct adolescent substance use counseling in groups and individual therapy
• Someone who has experience working with the judicial system
  • Experience working within a multidisciplinary team (behavioral health, court, education, social services, probation, judge, defense, etc).

Preferred Qualifications (NOT required):

• Experience working in some capacity with Native American/tribal population
