Self Pay / Refund rep

Exciting Opportunity for a Self Pay/Refund/Payment Poster Representative! Apply Now if you meet the below requirements!

Full Time! Remote! 40 hrs per week! Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

• Day to day:
  • Post payments -- both from clients today and the ones from the self pay grourp
  • Managing the self pay payment Poster
  • Self pay follow up
  • Handling refunds
• 3-5 Must Haves:
• • 1 year of self pay experience
  • 1 year of billing experience or claims processing
  • Tech Savvy - (Basic excel, word, email - Microsoft Teams)
  • Able to work independently with minimum guidance
