Job description

We are looking for an individual with at least 1 year of experience as a Scheduler in Healthcare.

Requirement - Bilingual in Spanish

Location - Chicago, Illinois

Salary - $18/hr based on experience

Contract role with the opportunity to get hired on permanently and grow within the company

Day to Day:

  • Will be handling emails and phone calls all day. Mostly will be dealing with emails, but will expect calls inbound and outbound. Inbound calls will be from patients and attorneys looking to schedule appointments, but outbound calls will be to confirm appointments, follow up on a missed appointment, and rescheduling the appointment.
  • Attorneys and Referral Sources will reach out via email - This is when a patient often has an injury and then they are referred to be serviced. They handle high volumes of personal injury and worker's compensation patients.
  • They will be responsible for creating charts in Kronos and making sure the patient is scheduled within the closest location to them.
  • If a patient no call no shows their appointment, the scheduler will reach out 2-3 times before closing them out of their appointment.

Shift:

  • M-F 8:30am-5pm

In order to be eligible for health benefits, you must be employed for 30 days and must average 30 hours per week over your first four weeks on assignment.
