Job description
Medix is currently hirning for a Central Scheduler in Morristown, NJ. This is a full time on site opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be a scheduler in the Central Scheduling Call Center
- Take a large volume of incoming calls that will facilitate the transcribing of orders and scheduling of our patients in various modalities
- Candidate will be trained and required to communicate various patient assistance tools
- Verify patients insurnace
- Other duties assigned
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm
Requirments:
- Must have at least 6 months of recent healthcare experience
- Strong customer service skills
