Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments and procedures efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and staff to ensure seamless scheduling processes.
  • Verify patient information and ensure accuracy in scheduling systems.
  • Manage appointment changes and cancellations, updating records accordingly.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize scheduling and patient flow.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
  • 1 year of Healthcare Scheduling Experience
  • Experience with Insurance Verification
