Job Title:
Registered Nurse (RN) - Psychiatric Care Network
Location:
Thousand Oaks, CA 91360
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Dress Code:
Scrubs (any color)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Psychiatric Care Network team. This
position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment alongside a multidisciplinary team, including 4-5
physicians and other healthcare professionals, both in-office and via telehealth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Administer Invega injections and manage patient care related to psychiatric medication, including
understanding contraindications.
● Conduct vital checks and client assessments during patient visits.
● Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to provide high-quality care to adult patients (ages 25-60)
with moderate to severe mental health issues.
● Interface with various pharmacies and insurance companies to facilitate patient care.
● Engage directly with clients to support their treatment and care plans.
● Participate in training and orientation provided by a Senior Nurse, with opportunities for mentorship for new
graduates or those transitioning into mental health.
Qualifications:
Required:
● Valid RN license in the state of California.
Preferred:
● Experience in behavioral health.
● Bilingual in Spanish.
● Commitment to timely follow-up on interviews and patient care (24-48 hours).
Skills:
Must-Have Skills:
1. Strong understanding of psychiatric medications and contraindications.
2. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
1. Experience working in mental health settings.
2. Familiarity with electronic health records and patient management systems.
