Role:
- Looking for a RN that has experience in Acute Care Services (ACS) - This can be ER, Trauma, ICU, med surg, OR, urgent care, etc
- Will be supporting their SUD clinic (Substance Use Disorder)
- Supporting 2 Providers at this clinic, assisting with SUD treatment - Mainly experiencing patients with alcohol & opioid addiction
- RN will provide MAT (Medically Assisted Therapies) to patients (Buprenorphine, methadone, naltrexone, etc are treatments for opioid dependence)
- This position will require a lot of medication monitoring --> Will be providing specific medication regimens created for each individual patient to assist with detox (This will also require orders & reorders of medications)
- Providing assessments, and reporting any concerns to the Provider
- Monitoring vitals
- As this is a walk-in center, the volume truly varies --> Can see anywhere from 3 patients, to 20 patients
- RN's may be providing LAI's (Long-Acting Injectables), can aspect to do 0-5 injections/day
- Working with other Case Managers to set patient up with necessary resources within MHP, as well as alongside the Providers to make sure all requirements are being met for the patient
- Handling the phone queue - Medication education, escalating calls to Provider, etc
- Looking for at least 1-2 years of ACS experience minimum
Pay: $32-$44/hour

- BLS
- Active RN in CO
- Specialty or Urgent Care experience
- 1 year in pysch/mental health/behavioral health
