As the RN Administrator, you will be at the heart of our clinical operations, providing visionary leadership to ensure top-notch patient care and seamless coordination of services. You will guide a dedicated team of MAs and RNs, partner closely with our CEO and Chief Medical Officer, and drive quality improvement across the organization.

Location: Swissvale, Pa

Shift: generally 8-4:30, but will be involved in occasional community events through the FQHC

Qualifications:

• Licensed RN in PA
• Minimum of five years of clinical and healthcare administration experience
• Deep knowledge of healthcare operations; experience in a Community Health Center is a plus
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
