RN Administrator

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in a thriving health center and make a real impact on patient care? We are seeking a passionate and experienced RN Administrator to join our team and drive clinical excellence and operational efficiency.

As the RN Administrator, you will be at the heart of our clinical operations, providing visionary leadership to ensure top-notch patient care and seamless coordination of services. You will guide a dedicated team of MAs and RNs, partner closely with our CEO and Chief Medical Officer, and drive quality improvement across the organization.

Location: Swissvale, Pa

Shift: generally 8-4:30, but will be involved in occasional community events through the FQHC

• Collaborate and Represent: Serve as a key liaison to regulatory agencies and contribute to the strategic direction and operational success of the health center.
• Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets, and handle key projects to advance our mission.

Qualifications:

• Licensed RN in PA
• Minimum of five years of clinical and healthcare administration experience
• Deep knowledge of healthcare operations; experience in a Community Health Center is a plus
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
