Overview of Responsibilities:
This person is responsible for traditional revenue cycle collection functions and so a base layer
understanding, knowledge and experience in RCM space is crucial to their success in the role. This person is
also expected to know and understand health insurance terminology. This person will be supporting the
administrative portion of the NSA working with a high-volume of emails that will need to be looked at and
triaged, communicating with CMS, payers and 3rd party entities.
Contract: 800 hours contract to hire

3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications:
● Revenue Cycle Management experience
● Payer / health insurance knowledge and experience
● EXCEL knowledge and experience

● CPT / payer knowledge
● Someone who is wanting to get into revenue cycle and grow with an organization
● Administrative work experience

Schedule/Shift:
● Flexible. Need to be within regular business hours for given time zone
● Mon - Friday; Between 5A-5P (flexible schedule)
Pay:
● $20 - $24 (Dependent on experience)
