Job description

HIRING A REMOTE REVENUE SPECIALIST POSITION!

Schedule: M-F flexible hours

Pay: Between $20-$24/hr depending on experience & qualifications

Day to day:

  • Supporting No Surprises Act (NSA) strategy - in the capacity of a specialist position
    • Specialist that specializes in NSA process - less specialized
  • Responsibilities - support administrative portion of NSA process, email intensive work flow with CMS, payer & 3rd party entities where they need to be looked at and triaged & potentially extracting some insight to provide more effective processes moving forward
    • Responsible managing the communication piece of the workflow
    • They receive a set series of types of responses from payers and CMS - all ready to go
      • Speed & accuracy of response is important here
    • High volume production role with high attention to detail
  • This person is responsible for traditional revenue cycle collection functions and so a base layer understanding, knowledge and experience in RCM space is crucial to their success in the role.

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Revenue Cycle Management experience
  • Payer / health insurance experience
  • Excel knowledge

Benefits:

- In order to be eligible for health benefits, you must be employed for 30 days and must average 30 hours per week over your first four weeks on assignment. If you become eligible and take action to enroll, you will be covered no earlier than 60 days into your assignment, depending on plan selection(s).
