Revenue Cycle Team Lead- Nashville, TN

Job Responsibilities:

• The Revenue Cycle Team Lead should utilize their expertise with billing and collections processes for the completion of complex assignments for the full cycle billing model.
• Act as the liaison between the team members and leadership and monitor the quality and quantity of performance measures for all employees.
• Responsible for maintaining team member relationships by acting as the first point of contact for daily operational questions from the Collectors.
• Special projects or other duties as assigned.
• Run daily and/or monthly reports as requested.
• Complete all tracking logs daily, weekly, monthly, and/or other specified timeframe.
• Communicate effectively with all facilities and/or other department personnel when needed to ensure timely claim collection and to assist in solving identified problems.

Pay and Hours:

• Pay Rate: $25.48hr.
• Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm, Occasional Weekends

Location:

Nashville, TN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience health care revenue cycle experience in authorization, utilization management, and health services billing follow up.
• Working knowledge of EMR systems
• Prior experience in accounts receivable and collections in a healthcare setting
