A Revenue Cycle Management firm in Seattle, WA is looking for a REMOTE Revenue
Cycle Sales Executive to join their team.


The Revenue Cycle Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and engaging
prospective clients, developing relationships with decision-makers, and closing new
business. This role requires a motivated, results-oriented professional with
experience in sales and a strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle
management.


Overview of Responsibilities:
● Identifies prospects, and secures new business opportunities within hospitals,
medical practices, and healthcare organizations.
● Develops and executes sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
● Builds and maintains strong relationships with key decision-makers, including
CFOs and revenue cycle leaders.
● Conducts outbound calls, emails, and networking to generate leads and
schedule sales meetings.
● Presents and articulates the company's solutions, demonstrating the value of
outsourcing RCM services to prospects and at events.
● Negotiates contracts and manages the sales process from initial contact to
deal closure.
● Maintains accurate records tracking leads, sales activities, and forecasts.
● Stays informed on industry trends, challenges, and competitor offerings to
refine sales strategies.
● This position will be required to travel as much as 50% of the time.
Requirements:
● Ability to travel 50% of time
● Education: High school diploma
● Experience: 2+ years of Sales or Business Development in Healthcare and in
Revenue Cycle Management or Medical Billing required
● Experience in healthcare field is required
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, organized, and able to work in a
fast-paced environment

● Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation and presentation
skills.
● Familiarity with revenue cycle management, medical billing, EMR's and the
challenges faced by healthcare financial executives
● Ability to work independently, proactively drive business development, and
meet sales targets
Schedule/Shift:
● Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, flexible
Pay:
$65,000 - $70,000 Base + Commission (Target earnings = $150,000)
