Role Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the organization's billing and revenue cycle to ensure accurate and timely patient billing, claim submission, and payment collections.
• Manage processes such as coding, billing, collections, denial management, and financial reporting.
• Aim to maximize cash flow and minimize bad debt while adhering to compliance regulations.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, registration teams, and insurance companies to effectively streamline the revenue cycle process.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Proven leadership experience managing a team of 10 direct reports.
• Ability to work closely with the CEO and partners.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience (consideration given to exceptional candidates with less experience).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong personality fit for a close-knit office environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with Athena and Waystar.
• Knowledge of medical coding is a strong advantage.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary

• $70,000 per year
