Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee and manage our growing billing team. This key leadership role requires a professional with a deep understanding of the revenue cycle, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a team builder, a strategic thinker, and a hands-on leader ready to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee the entire revenue cycle process, including billing, coding, authorizations, submissions, posting EOBs, collections, and adjustments.
* Team Leadership: Manage a team of 12-14 billers (with potential to grow). Provide training, support, and mentorship to ensure team success.
* Operational Oversight: Collaborate directly with senior management to meet organizational goals. Manage team performance and foster a productive, collaborative environment.
* Performance Reporting: Prepare and present monthly reports on key metrics and practice performance.
* Team Building: Recruit and onboard additional team members as necessary to meet operational demands (e.g., coders).
* Weekly Operations Call: Lead and participate in a weekly "One Vision" call (Tuesdays at 6:30 AM) focused on billing performance.
* Delegation and Support: Comfortably delegate responsibilities to team members while supporting senior management in achieving strategic goals.

Qualifications
* A minimum of 7 years' experience in medical billing, including management of Accounts Receivable.
* Expertise in all aspects of the revenue cycle, including billing, coding, and process management.
* Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively, including training and mentoring new team members.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to delegate tasks and empower team members.
* Hands-on experience in billing operations, including authorizations, billing submissions, EOB postings, collections, and adjustments.

Schedule
* Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay Rate
* $40 to $50 an hour depending on experience
