Position Overview:
***This position is fully In-person, and located in Carrollton Texas***
Sets up pharmacy shipments by verifying patient information and prescription for delivery; verifying and inputting method of payment; using Walmart systems to process patient information and delivery carrier and method; and logging calls and customer information (for example, name, date of birth, address, method of payment, notate call information, how to ship order).
Provides customer service to pharmacy patients by responding to customer calls and emails; using Walmart systems, training, and manual to resolve customer and associate inquiries; maintaining confidentiality of patient health information; processing and submitting call requests (for example, refills, transfers, payments, new prescription requests, pricing requests); identifying and resolving discrepancies for customers' orders; and researching customers billing issues.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
Key points:
-Taking inbound calls from pharmacy customers- assisting with tracking of medication shipments, placing refill orders, accepting payments
-Must be Comfortable being on the phones all day
Salary: $17.00 per hour
Location: 1025 W Trinity Mills Rd Suite 120 Carrollton Texas 75006
Schedule/Shift:
Training is for 2 weeks- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Then the normal shift after training will be:
Sat-Sun 8am-4pm & Mon-Wed 9am-6pm (Off Thur-Fri)
