This is an ONSITE role in CT.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluates patients to gather information about their physical well-being and establishes a clinical diagnosis.
• Administers physical examinations, administers treatment, develops healthcare plans, and advises patients on various health practices.
• Promotes adherence to treatment plans through education, assessment of patient comprehension, and regular monitoring.
• Delivers sensible and cautious medical care, implements appropriate management, and exercises sound clinical judgment based on best practice standards and evidence-based medicine.
• Gathers, organizes, and documents patient medical information, encompassing health history, progress notes, and outcomes of physical examinations.
• Offers preventive health guidance to patients for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing health and averting illness.
• Coordinates patient care, which includes ordering laboratory tests and radiographic studies. 8. Analyzes diagnostic test outcomes for deviations from the norm.
• Prescribes therapy or medication when deemed necessary.
• May undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree from an accredited Advanced Nurse Practitioner program or graduation from a Physician Assistant (PA) Training Program accredited by the American Medical Association Council on Medical Education
• ACTIVE APRN or PA license in Connecticut
• 2+ years of clinical research experience
