Job description

Job Title: Provider Relations & Contracting Support
Location: 1911 Williams Drive
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay: $30-$33/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support provider relations and contracting efforts. This role will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition for providers, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring service delivery aligns with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide provider relations support, assisting with onboarding and training.
  • Collaborate with operations staff, county departments, and contracted providers.
  • Ensure services are delivered per contract terms and in compliance with DHCS regulations.
  • Act as a resource for providers, connecting them to necessary information and guidance.
  • Facilitate grievances and support resolution processes.
  • Identify necessary network providers to ensure patient needs are met.
  • Work with the contracting team to facilitate scopes of work, budgets, and contract review.
  • Compile information for board letters, discussions, and other documentation.
  • Assist with drafting scopes of work as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in provider network management is required.
  • Strong preference for candidates with healthcare contracting experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage provider relationships.
  • Familiarity with DHCS regulations is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
