Job Description:

• Evaluated state bills and regulations, summarizing complex legislative content into actionable talking points for directors to assess organizational impact and inform strategic decisions.
• Drafted comprehensive reports and summaries, translating technical information into concise formats to support leadership reviews and align with organizational goals.
• Attended high-level meetings to gather insights and key updates, effectively communicating the impact of discussions to Behavioral Health (BH) teams.
• Led multiple projects simultaneously, delegating tasks to team members, ensuring milestone completion, and providing regular progress updates to leadership.
• Conducted research and presented analysis on the implementation of emergency service programs in the community.
