We are hiring for a Fully Remote Prior Authorization Coordinator. MUST have Radiology or Surgery Prior Authorization experience!

Role Overview:

• They are responsible for multiple facets of patient financial account services within the practice; including but not limited to patient benefit assessment, insurance verification, pre-certification, pre-authorizations, pre-determination for services, and referrals management.
• This individual also coordinates all aspects of surgery scheduling.
• Schedules all appointments for patients requiring surgery and revises/cancels appointments as necessary.
• Acts as an interdepartmental liaison and maintains familiarity with scheduling functions.
• Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.
• Volume - 25-30 auths a day

Requirements:

• 2+ years of direct prior authorization experience
• Surgery or Radiology experience
• HS Diploma or GED
• Tech Savvy
• Router to plug into (We provide equipment, you just need a router to plug into!)

Schedule: M-F 8:00-4:30 CST

Location: Fully Remote

Pay: $15-21/hr DOE
