Position: Payment Variance Specialist



What You'll Do:

• Track Incoming Payments: Monitor and track incoming payments, ensuring they are accurately posted.
• Conduct Research: Investigate payment details from collectors, banks, and files to determine appropriate allocations when documentation is lacking.
• Collaborate for Efficiency: Work closely with our AR and collections team to enhance and streamline processes from AR to payment posting.

What We're Looking For:

• Knowledgeable in Collections and EOBs: You should have a solid understanding of collections, Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), and both private and government insurances.
• Remote Capability: This role is fully remote, so you can work from any state! We'll provide all necessary equipment.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• Pay: $19 per hour
