Job description

- Fully remote

- Pay: 19.50 an hour, weekly pay

- Shift: Business hours are 9am-8pm EST, Training will be 9am-5:30pm ET

  • They evaluate where they need the coverage and the most common is a 10am-6:30pm ET
  • They also have an 11:30am-8pm ET shift and a 9am-5:30pm ET shift


Qualifiations:

  • Licensed in health and life (resident license)
  • Insurance sales experience
  • Experience/knowledge of different life insurance plans
  • Exceptional customer service skills

We are looking for a remote Licensed Benefits Representative! The Licensed Benefits Representative is a reliable professional who will be responsible to answer incoming customer calls make outbound calls, utilize company policies to solve customer issues, and provide record keeping and administration services for benefit plans enrollments, and route calls to the managerial team, when necessary.

The Enrollment Services Associate is the first point of contact outside of our clients local human resources office our Associates must have a commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to provide detailed and accurate information.

Essential Duties Responsibilities - Answer incoming make outbound calls and take appropriate action for each call depending on the basis of the call and the needs of the plan participant, employee, etc

Educate callers of available benefits and assist in making informed benefits decisions

Maintain customer satisfaction meet call center metrics based on assignments

Use company or client policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if issue requires managerial inclusion

Regularly attend coaching sessions and training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes. Accept information discussed in coaching sessions to increase personal performance within assigned position

Continual enhancement of personal professional development that includes computer skills such as Microsoft Outlook, Office, Excel, Word and custom US ENROLLMENTS programs

Input data into the various computer platforms as required by Company and Clients to keep each callers record updated

Maintain HIPAA compliance.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, andor ability required

Education Experience This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in a call center or highvolume customer service environment is also desired

Experience in retail banking, pensionretirement plan andor benefits administration, office administration or introductory tech support is desired

Language Skills Ability to read, write and communicate benefits benefit plan information effectively fluently to employees in the enrollment retirement process who may have varying degrees of education

The Spanish language skills are preferred, but not required.

Mathematical Skills Ability to understand and calculate mathematical concepts of addition, subtraction, multiplication and divisionespecially important for confirming payroll deductions for the client, e.g. paid weekly, 52 timesyear biweekly, 26 timesyear monthly, 12 timesyear and semimonthly, 24 timesyear.

Certificates Licenses Registrations Licensed Benefits Representatives must have an active License in Life Health Insurance in any U.S. State.Nonresident state licenses may be required on occasion and will be paid for by the company

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS Ability to interpret and adapt to unexpected changes andor situations. As well as strong computer skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, a highlevel of professionalism, strong problemsolving abilities. Additionally, comfort working with a virtual team, reliable attendance record, a professional voice tone and demeanor, and exceptional organization skills with a strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy is required.
