Fully Remote Insurance Sales Agent opportunity
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

Direct hire opportunity with a great insurance organization

Base pay + commission and bonues offered

12 days of PTO offered

*Must have an active P&C license in IL*


Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team in Bloomington/Normal, IL. In this role, you will service existing clients, identify new sales opportunities, and work towards improving client retention. With access to over 25,000 warm leads, you will focus heavily on outbound sales (90%) to uncover opportunities and close business. Candidates with a Property/Casualty Insurance License, strong communication skills, and 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry are encouraged to apply. Training and support will be provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service Existing Clients:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  2. Identify Sales Opportunities:

    • Analyze warm leads to uncover potential sales opportunities and close new business.
  3. Achieve Retention Goals:

    • Work towards improving client retention to 86% or higher.
  4. Understand RMPs and Billing Technicalities:

    • Develop expertise in RMPs (Risk Management Plans) and billing processes.
  5. Daily Activity Metrics:

    • Complete at least two of the following daily:
      • 60 outbound calls
      • 10 quotes provided to clients
      • 2 value-creation (VC) items delivered
      • 3 hours of talk time

Lead Sources:

  • Internet-based leads (paid)
  • Old quotes
  • Access to 25,000+ warm leads

Qualifications:

  • Licenses and Certifications:

    • Active Property/Casualty Insurance License required (Allstate experience preferred).
    • Candidates licensed in Illinois strongly preferred.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience (preferred).
    • Background with State Farm or similar agencies is a plus.
