Job description

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Customer Service professional to join a growing healthcare innovative services company as a Remote Care Coordinator. This position is 100% remote and equipment will be provided by the company.


Healthcare Customer Service Representative Details:

  • Handle 50-80 inbound calls daily
  • Answer questions regarding member insurance benefits and coverage
  • Assist members with finding a provider in network
  • Display empathy in all communication with members and focus on one-call resolution

Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Schedule:

Various schedules needed, all full time 40 hours (PST)

Most schedule start times are between 8-11 am PST and end between 5-8 pm PST

Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Training Schedule: First 10 weeks

  • Monday-Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm PST
  • **Mandatory - cannot miss any training days!**

Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Pay & Benefits:

  • Starting Pay Rate - $17-19.50/hr based on experience and geographical location
