Job description

Title: Remote Contact Center Representative (Call Center)

Intro: A compassionate, multi-specialty healthcare organization is hiring! Providing the highest quality health care services throughout the United States.

Job description: The Contact Center Representative is responsible for providing scheduling support and maximizing schedules.

  • Schedule patients in an organized and efficient manner
  • Detail-oriented and follow through with information or need of information
  • Utilize the Electronic Medical Records system efficiently and accurately
  • Troubleshoot issues independently

Schedule: 40 hours per week - Incumbent must be flexible for one shift schedule Monday-Friday

  • Hours of operation 8AM-7PM EST


  • Call center experience
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required
  • Bilingual in Spanish experience preferred but not required
  • East Coast Hours
  • Reliable WiFi
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Background check, health screens, COVID-19 vaccination (or exemptions approval) and drug screen
