Job description

Remote position that allows you to work atop of your license and provide critical support to patients with complex health situations, and providers who manage them! Come join the team and change lives from your living room

Fully Remote Clinical Pharmacist (licensed in Washington, can sit out of any state)

Full time Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, some flexibility

60-65+ hourly, equipment and benefits provided

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, assess, and document patient data using our software platform.
  • Perform thorough medication reviews and adherence counseling.
  • Review medication reviews completed by other Virtual Pharmacists.
  • Staff various clinical shifts and work with automation technology.
  • Respond to questions from patients, providers, and team members.
  • Participate in process improvement meetings.

Must haves:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited college/university
  • Active State License (Washington required)
  • Completion of a PGY-1 residency, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to review and assess the appropriateness of prescriptions with respect to age specific, disease state specific considerations
