Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a full-time mid-shift position. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless patient care during one of the busiest times of the day. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, this position is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including triage, assessments, and vital sign monitoring.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with diagnostic procedures, including EKGs, lab tests, and specimen collection.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Support providers during medical procedures and examinations.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Ensure a clean and safe clinical environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal care delivery.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications required.
• Nursing experience in urgent care, emergency room, or similar fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems and basic medical equipment.
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• BLS certification required.
