Job description

Join Our Team as a Clinical Nurse in Primary Care!

Location: Spring Valley, Nevada

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No weekends or holidays)

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

Start Date: November 2024

Duration: Permanent/Direct Hire

What You'll Do:

  • Adhere to clinical workflows and perform daily nursing activities, including patient triage and education.
  • Collaborate with Providers and the Center Manager to enhance clinical performance and back-office functions.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with national standards and prepare for quality audits.
  • Stay informed on state regulations impacting nursing and pharmacy practices.
  • Educate patients, families, and staff on clinical conditions and processes.
  • Oversee clinical quality and patient safety through training and effective communication.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Education: AA/AS degree in Nursing required; BA/BS in Nursing (BSN) or Healthcare Administration preferred.
  • Licensure: Valid, active RN license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of direct nursing experience; community-based or senior population experience preferred.
  • Certifications: BLS certification required.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and PC proficiency.
