Location: Toledo, OH

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (3rd Shift / Overnight)

Role Overview:

As a dedicated Occupational Health Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality healthcare services within a workplace environment. Your responsibilities will include delivering professional nursing care for sick and injured employees, focusing on emergency response, first aid, and the treatment of occupational injuries and illnesses according to established standing orders. You will also:

• Perform and evaluate clinical and diagnostic tests.

• Assist the plant physician with minor surgical procedures.

• Conduct and document employee medical history interviews.

• Collaborate with the Health Services team and other departments on workplace health initiatives.

• Maintain and update accurate employee medical records in compliance with regulations.

• Perform and document employee physical examinations.

• Adhere to all established health and safety protocols.

• Maintain medical equipment and supply inventory.

• Support and promote workplace wellness programs.

• Provide professional and knowledgeable customer service to employees.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

• Valid state nursing license in good standing

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience

• Healthcare Provider CPR/AED certification

• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)

• Experience in Emergency Room (ER) or Occupational Health settings

• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) or Occupational Health Nursing Specialist (COHN-S)

• Prior experience in case management
