Medix is hiring a Clinic Services Director for a direct hire position with one of our clients in Chicago's Englewood - a not for profit, faith-based organization specializing in pregnancy care for women. Full time, M-F 9a-5p, possible Saturday coverage with pay ranging from $75,000-100,000 annually.

Clinic Services Director Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of up to 7 medical professionals
  Consisting of nurses, sonographers, receptionists
• Oversee the clinic, ensuring the highest
  quality of care possible for all patients served.
• Responsible for inventory and ordering of medical supplies, medical equipment maintenance, and medical waste disposal.
• Communicate with Medical Director and/or Executive Director regarding current and changing policies, addressing any questions that may arise with the Patient Team and patients.
• Build a neighborhood referral network of agencies and businesses who interface with our target demographic

Clinic Services Director requirements:

• Hold Illinois RN License
• BLS Certification

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team-building capabilities - able to inspire and keep effective relationship with employee and partners
• Strong Business Acumen specific to Non-Profit Industry
