Registered Nurse (RN) - Accepting New Grads!

Job description

* Role: Field RN - Supporting homecare participants within our PACE progra
* Orientation/Training: An intensive 6-week orientation program with ample support. The training process includes a combination of classroom time, shadowing experienced Nurse Preceptors, in-home visits, and gradual independence.
* Experience Levels: We welcome both new graduates and experienced RNs, and our training program can be tailored to individual needs.
* Equipment: RNs will receive a work phone with daily schedules and a laptop for charting.
* Daily Routine: RNs start each day with morning huddles at 8:00AM at the PACE facility. Visits mainly involve medication administration, fall assessments, post-hospital visits, and regulatory assessments. Some wound care may be required.
* Visit Load: RNs will start with 4 visits a day and gradually increase to 8 visits a day (with a maximum of 10)
* EMR System: We use Cognify, a specialized EMR system for PACE programs

Required Qualifications
* Active RN license in Colorado

Schedule * No on-call, weekends, or overnights. RNs work either Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday, from 8:00AM to 6:30PM

Pay and Benefits
* Pay: $32.00 - $42.34 per hour
* Mileage Reimbursement: 65 cents per mile, adding approximately $300-400 per check
* Weekend Differential: $3.00/hr additional for Saturdays and Sundays
